Resumo

O presente trabalho mostra, através da simulação do mapeamento magnético (MCG), que o movimento de contração do coração, pode ser um dos fatores responsáveis pelo aparecimento de configurações "monopolares" nos mapas de isocampo, obtidos experimentalmente. No entanto, este movimento não explica todo o fenômeno, sugerindo a presença de causas adicionais. A simulação baseou-se nas curvas isócronas da despolarização do epicárdio ventricular da parede anterior (Durrer et all, 1970) .

Abstract

This paper describes a simulation model for magnetocardiography (MCG), developed to demonstrate the participation of the heart's contraction movement, in the generation of the "monopolar-shaped" isofield maps, observed in experimental QRS "interval of normal subjects. Although the results were in agreement to that statement, we find that the rotation movement of the heart, cannot explain alone that phenomena, suggesting other mechanisms involved. Our model was based on the epicardial isochronic maps obtained during the ventricular depolarization (Durrer, 1970).
